Tips to improve your eyesights with certain activities

To get better eyesight do the following - 
# Massage your underfoot with mustard oil
# walk barefoot on grass for 15-20 minutes daily
# have water in your mouth and splash cold water on your eyes
# eat 1 Indian green gooseberry( awala) daily and drink a lot of water
# eat green vegetables, spinach, and ripe fruits
