Kidney Stone (Mineral rock buildup mostly made of calcium and sharp corners in Kidney or gallbladder area)

Kidney Stone causes extreme pain in lower abdomen, fever, vomiting, chills, nausea. The major cause of 
kidney stone build-up is a lack of abundant water and an increased diet of meat, salt, alcohol, apple, Orange
 juice, and food high in calcium. Less than 1% require surgery to remove the stone from the Kidney. 

Luckily there are natural remedies available as below.
1. Drink water - daily at least 10 glasses. if the color of urine is dark then means you are not drinking enough 
water. if you add lemon to water then Vitamin C from the lemon helps kidney stone dissolve and pass out with urine.
2. Green Tea - The antioxidant properties of tea lowers the chance of more build-up of stone and acts as 
hydration and causes urine which helps the stone to come out.
3. Grapefruit - Regular consumption of grapefruit helps reduction in kidney stone buildup and helps with 
keeping urinary tract infection off.
4. Dandelion - Diuretic property of dandelion helps with cleaning of kidneys and dissolves stone. Dandelion 
tea can be made by infusing freshly picked leaves in hot water for 5 minutes and can be enjoyed hot with sips.
5. Basil - Tea made of basil leaves with some honey can help reducing the discomfort of the kidney and 
strengthen them.
6. Pomegranates - Eating pomegranates regularly helps with keeping kidneys strong and stone free. 
This is a great source of potassium and great for people with renal problems.
7. Maintain a lifestyle with 1 hour of exercise daily and drink lot of water to keep the kidney free of stone.
8. Healthy Diet - Try not eating canned, packaged ready to eat foods which has lot of preservatives, too 
much salt. Avoid too much alcohol, red meats, nuts, spinach, beans and eat freshly prepared food, fruits,
