Follow these routines daily and may help you maintain good health - Ayurveda

* Drinking room temperature water with sips rather than in one big gulp,
    Will help you reduce acidity, obesity, and improve digestion.
* Drinking cold water will reduce your digestion power.
* Walk for 20 to 30 minutes after dinner helps you have good sleep and 
    health
* Regular and timed food in the morning, afternoon, and evening before sunset,
   small 30 minutes nap after lunch will keep you healthy.
* Drinking a glass full of lukewarm water in the morning after getting up 
    by sipping will give you great health.
* A small amount of jaggery in the water left overnight, filter and drink first 
    thing in the morning, will give you great health.
* Eat fruits in the morning, buttermilk (shash) in the afternoon, and lukewarm 
    milk at night before sleep will get you the best health.
* Drinking lukewarm water only will help you alleviate indigestion,
    and then other diseases.
* Eating food sitting on the ground with criss-cross and chewing food
    to max will remove many body ailments.
* Green coriander juice drops in eyes will ease ailing eyes.
* Drinking water in a sitting posture will reduce the chances of getting
    arthritis, hernia, and appendix problem.
